Christian Farnsworth is an artist, photojournalist and educator. His international volunteer experience began as agroforester with Peace Corps, Madagascar and continued as program assistant with the UN World Food Programme WFP in Guinea, West Africa. Photojournalism clients include the following humanitarian relief organizations: UNICEF; IRC International Rescue Committee; UNHCR United Nations High Commission for Refugees; ICRC International Committee/Red Cross; USAID US Agency for International Development; Winrock International/PEGRN; UNWFP; and Peace Corps. Farnsworth combines a BS in Geosciences and MS in Natural Resources with a passion for environmental communication and holistic interpretation. Current projects include: candidacy for MFA in interdisciplinary studio arts, (2007).
